Rayze provides a software and mobile app that brings together an ecosystem of individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. Our technology powers fundraising, online giving, campaign management, volunteerism and more.For corporations growing or beginning their CSR campaigns, individuals looking to give back or nonprofits scaling their impact, Rayze provides solutions along every step of the social impact journey.

There are no platform fees or annual dues for nonprofits. 

The only fee you may see is a 1% transaction fee on donations.  Our giving pages set up to default to the donors and in over 90% of transactions, donors cover the fee, leaving nonprofits with no charges at all. 

On your Rayze App, you can customize your nonprofit profile, host in person and virtual volunteering events, process in-person donations, share posts, engage with new donors, encourage your followers/staff to champion on your behalf, and more!

Once you register your nonprofit, you will get access to your nonprofit dashboard.  On your dashboard, under ‘Staff’, click ‘invite my team’ in the top left corner. 

Use your coworkers or staff's nonprofit email address. They will be sent an email to that address with steps to get started. Having trouble, you can always contact the live Rayze team. 

Once you’ve signed up, or as you sign up your nonprofit at org.rayzeapp.com, you will be prompted to upload your IRS Tax Exempt Determination Letter. This helps us fulfil our promise to Rayze donors that their money is going to a verified, tax exempt nonprofit.  

Once uploaded, our team will review & verify. Our team will reach out if there are any discrepancies.

In order to receive donations through Rayze, nonprofits need to complete a quick registration and verification process. Once successfully completed, they register on Stripe, our payment processing partner and start receiving donations securely and directly to their chosen bank account immediately.

Rayze is not just an online giving provider. We stand out among competitors for being low to no cost for nonprofits.  With Rayze, your nonprofit has access to easy, intuitive tech and free products to support fundraising, campaign and volunteer management without cumbersome  licensing and platform fees.   Through your individual nonprofit dashboard, we offer donor data, volunteer and campaign management, simple crowd funding options, mobile-first donation design, and more.

Rayze simplifies donations done by wire transfer, streamlining the process and reducing the administrative burden on nonprofit staff. 

Rayze limits bank transfer fees to $25 to facilitate larger donations so your nonprofit never misses out on big opportunities.

Rayze is free to use and never charges nonprofits for licensing fees to use our technology. Rayze does charge a transaction based fee of 1% on all donations made. But we believe donors should be covering that cost so our tech defaults the charge to the donors. Donors can refuse it, in which case it gets charged to the nonprofit but that’s very rare. In over 90% of transactions on Rayze, the donors cover the fee and the entirety of the donation goes to the nonprofit.

Yes! Once your nonprofit is registered & has connected Stripe, your donors can select monthly recurring donations to your nonprofit. Your Rayze dashboard will highlight these donors to you along with all relevant donor data.

Empower your staff to become personal fundraisers or “Champions” for your nonprofit, allowing them to promote your cause and fundraise on your behalf amongst their personal and professional networks. On their Rayze app, they can search and select your nonprofit on the champion tab. This creates their own custom fundraising link which they can share to fundraise on your behalf, and keep track of how much they are raising for you.

Your nonprofit can quickly and seamlessly  create, manage, and track your events and engage your volunteers to build a dedicated community around your cause.

Your volunteer opportunities will be showcased on the Rayze App. Share your upcoming events, rallying new volunteers in your area to sign up or donate directly through our app. Users can search volunteer opportunities not just by cause, but also by location closest or most convenient to them.

Every event is generated with a custom link and QR code, template promotional materials and marketing supports, easily promoting and managing your volunteer opportunities. 

With a suite of engagement tools, you can convert your community of supporters from volunteers into donors seamlessly.

Stripe enables donations to go directly into your bank account, immediately and securely.

Funds are delivered to your account based on the payment method (timing varies for ACH transfers vs. credit cards).

Connecting your Stripe account takes just a few minutes. If you do not connect a Stripe account but receive a donation, our fiscal sponsor will issue your nonprofit a check.

Rayze provides one of the broadest range of payment options available to donors. Donations can be made via Apple & Google Payand Rayze wallet. Large deposits can be made with a wire transfer with a 25$ cap on transfer fees.

Conducting online fundraising campaigns? With Rayze, you can create individual fundraising campaigns with custom links. Want to let people donate to a particular part of your nonprofit like supplies or employee salaries? Want to set up a competition for who can raise the most between different teams? Use custom links.

No matter the gift, whether it’s $5,000 or $2 million, our fees are capped at just $25. Every dollar beyond that goes exactly where it’s intended, maximizing impact and honoring the generosity of our donors.

Head to org.rayzeapp.com and create a new individual profile. You’ll then be prompted to create a corporate profile for your company.

Right now, you can have as many employees of your company as you need.

Once your company has registered, you will be able to invite your employees to sign up through an email invitation. They will be prompted to create their accounts. 

Match employee donations, host company wide campaigns and empower your entire workforce to make a meaningful impact on the world with just a few taps on their smartphones.

You can invite users to join your organization via email on the web portal and set their permissions accordingly. Please note that you are unable to invite users or manage permissions from the mobile app.

To create your org profile, you will need the organization name, address, phone number, administrator email, EIN, and description. If you choose to request to be verified, our team will reach out with requests for additional information, such as your nonprofit determination letter from the IRS.

Nope. As an organization you have access to a web portal. Some features and actions are better suited to web or mobile. We want to make sure you have everything you need where you need it to effectively manage your organization on Rayze.

Employees can easily make donations via their mobile devices, with options for automatic matching or expedited approval processes.

Every nonprofit we work with and recommend to your company is a 501c-3 verified nonprofit which has been vetted by Rayze and vetted by our partner, Charity on Top for legitimacy and legal standing.

Employees can donate, volunteer, and engage with nearly 2 million nonprofits right on their Rayze app. Plan & host company wide fundraisers & have employees sign up to participate in philanthropic campaigns or volunteer events as a team. All of this and more right through their smart phones.

Employers can allow for anonymous donation matches to ensure employees feel safe and secure supporting the organizations that mean the most to them.

The Rayze Wallet is a Donor Advised Fund account, meaning you get the immediate tax receipt of a charitable gift, and your employees have the time and autonomy to decide how and where they will direct their philanthropic funds. With Rayze Wallet, companies can easily deposit funds into employee accounts. 

Employees can deposit personal funds for future donations, receive employer contributions and maximize all tax deductions.

Companies choose to use Rayze’s Donor Advised Fund (DAF), the Rayze Wallet, as a form of bonus or company benefit to employees. The company gets the tax credit immediately for their charitable donation and the money is held in the DAF until the employee chooses how they want to spend it.
